The building shape is dictated by the key functional objectives and circulation patterns, resulting in a 30m long steel plate. This design creates generous opportunities for interdepartmental information interchange. Ensuring optimum areas for cooperation and collaboration, this complex promotes effective automobile research and development. Like the cars it is designed to foster, the building skin is molded by the interior requirements. Utilizing the same materials as in its industry, the steel and glass envelops the functional structure and its outlines reflect the various interior units.
